For cybersmart we had to do some ways to deal with cyberbullying for a friend because it is very common. These are some ways to deal with cyberbullying. You can block them or you can report them. If it is not that bad you can ignore them or tell a parent or guardian.
We made a poster on canva to show four ways to deal with cyberbullying. It was challenging to make the poster I did not enjoy it. I learned that you can go to jail for cyberbullying.
Today I made rapping paper patterns on google docs. when I did a shape I had to flip the shape, rotate the shape and slide it . The border was flipped. I used the custom gradient for the colour.
Today for monday mashup I did chrome music lab.
It was very fun I went on song maker and made a song. There are a whole bunch of things that you can do to make the music. We had half an hour to make the music. I went on most of the things my favorite was
spectrogram. How I made it was I did a cool pattern thing with strings and conga and you just click the tiles and they make a sound then you click play. It was difficult. Have you go on chrome music lab before ?
On the 21st of august we went to the cricket festival. Three schools came to the festival. The schools that came were Rawhiti School, south New Brighton and New brighton catholic. What we did was we vs other teams and schools we vs three Rawhiti teams and one South brighton team. At the start we had a small bit of time where we could do what we want with some balls and balance stuff. There was an infertball thing where you can chase the ball and try and catch the ball.
We went there so we can learn how to play cricket
How we got there is we walked because the domain is not that far away because I go to Rawhiti school and it was Rawhiti Domain. Do you like cricket?
Today at cybersmart we did some pixel art.
I made the pringle guy. It was fun. We did the pixel art on Google sheets it is very cool I recommend it. The color was black dark brown and red as the tie.

Today I made a Clay fish hook for art.
I made it for my uncle because I haven’t gave him many gifts.
I did my design because I liked the way it looked
It was a challenge to make fish hooks out of clay because of the lack of tools but I enjoyed.
I would have done my uncles name on the fish hook next time.
Today for Monday mashup we explored the Brain boxes. I worked with Dylan and Ianto.
We made a light with a magnet switch and a propeller . It was fun because the propeller kept flying off and spinning.
I made a Polly toy box.
It was challenging finding a toy picture with no background because they mostly have backgrounds.
I enjoyed tracing with the Polly line. Have you done this before ?
For Monday mashup we explored using magnets. We had a science kit which included bar magnets, small horseshoe, play-does,compass , paper clips and iron filings. In my group were Ianto and Dylan. We discovered that the magnet attracts the paper clips and the iron is attracted too. when the magnet attracts the paper clip and the paper clip becomes a magnet. The iron is not attracted to the magnet from a distance.
Use the shapes to do a ‘secret sort’.
Today for math I had to do a secret sort where you find a rule that you can see in all the shapes (that only you know).
My friend looked at it and tried to find more shapes with the same properties to add to and guess what your rule was.
